#2 Easy and Healthy Turkey Meatballs
This is the recipe made famous by the amazing @Jamie Eason. I changed it a bit to my liking and feel free to do the same. They are super easy and portable.
Calories: 80Fats: 2 gramsCarbs: 4 gramsProtein: 11 grams
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground turkey (or chicken)
- ½ cup egg whites
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp garlic/onion seasoning (or your fav seasoning)
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 celery stalks (finely chopped)
- Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spray muffin pan with canola or olive oil
- Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl
- Roll the mixture into balls and place in muffin pan
- Bake for 40 minutes
- Makes 12 meatballs/muffins.
